Ingredients

1 1/3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/2 tbsp Garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp Ginger, minced
1 cup Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1 1/3 cup Broccoli Florets
2/3 cup Carrots, julienned
2/3 cup Snow Peas
2 tbsp + 2 tsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Tap Water
1/2 cup Fresh Basil
4 cups White Rice, Cooked

Cooking Instructions

1. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
3. Add bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and brown sugar. Add to the stir-fry and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Stir into the stir-fry and cook until sauce thickens, about 1–2 minutes.
6. Stir in Thai basil leaves and remove from heat.
7. Serve stir-fry over cooked rice.

Cooking Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, blackening seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt until evenly coated.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
